As Director my very first priorities are:

1. Mobilize a task force to speed up the process for schools and other educational facilities to gain access to security grants. 

2. Terminate contracts with security companies who over charge schools for security systems.

3. Employ more NSSC field liasons across the country, to reach as many schools as possible.
